In 2016, Lindsey Fox hiked 2,650 miles from Mexico to Canada carrying a sketchbook and watercolors, painting en plein air from the vistas and mountaintops along the way. The experience of painting the Pacific Crest Trail’s shifting landscapes marked a turning point in her practice, laying the foundation for the work she has developed over the past decade.
